What makes Platte Valley Hearing Center different?
Colorado state regulations in hearing aid sales are minimal. This enables many individuals of vastly different experience and backgrounds to dispense an assisted listening device. An audiologist, however, must hold a bachelors degree, a masters degree (in audiology), and often hold a doctoral degree. Board certification verifies that the individual has completed both degrees, an internship, and has passed a nationally accredited exam. Dr. Breneman holds all three above degrees and certifications. At Platte Valley Hearing Center, we guarantee our extensive education and hometown accountability will provide you with the best in hearing healthcare.

What is an Audiologist?
An audiologist specializes in evaluating and treating those with hearing loss and balance problems. Extensive training and skills are learned to evaluate adults, infants, and children. Audiologists see patients with complaints of decreased hearing, ear pain, drainage, ringing in ears (tinnitus), ear infections, dizziness, and more. In cases where patients are in need of medical or surgical care, audiologists refer the patient to a physician.

At Platte Valley Hearing Center you will feel comfortable and at home, with people you know.
